The 2021 AAMS Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held at the Salmon River fire hall on September 25th, 2021. The AGM is normally held the first Sunday in March but due to Covid-19 restrictions it was delayed until such a gathering could be legally held. A much scaled down AGM had to be presented to remain within the confines of provincially imposed restrictions. The AAMS constitution reminds us that directors should be sought from as many diverse communities as possible. In 2021, the AAMS Board of Directors Executive consists of Marcel d’Entremont (West Pubnico) President; Joseph Jacquard,(Wedgeport) First Vice-President; Alyre Theriault, (Saulnierville) Second Vice-President; and Michael Deveau, (Mavillette) Treasurer. Also, on the board are directors Brian Doucet,(Yarmouth) Paul Tufts, (Hebron) Gilbert Chandler,(Hectanooga) Carl Deveau, (Saulnierville Station) Marie Rundquist, (Virginia USA) Jocelyne Comeau, (Meteghan) Ricky Muise (Meteghan) and Gaétan Dugas (Caraquet N.B.).
